As an Account Representative at Brant Blessing State Farm, you’ll connect with customers, learn about their needs, and help them explore insurance and financial solutions that fit. You’ll receive training and ongoing coaching from a supportive team as you develop your skills, grow customer relationships, and contribute to the agency’s success.

What You’ll Do
- Build lasting customer relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and connect them with suitable solutions
- Assist with coverage reviews, policy questions, and ongoing service
- Support conversations about insurance, retirement, and financial goals
- Learn agency products, services, and processes through training and coaching
- Identify opportunities to help customers while contributing to agency growth
- Take part in continued learning and professional development
What We’re Looking For

- Comfort following established processes
- Willingness to obtain any required state insurance licenses and complete onboarding training
Insurance experience isn’t required. We’ll provide training and coaching to help you get started.
A Plus, Not a Must
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Bilingual communication skills
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
