- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Assist with strategies to retain and build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
