What You’ll Do:
- Warmly welcome clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring they are connected to the right team member quickly.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage office communications efficiently.
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Engage confidently in sales conversations, helping clients discover insurance options tailored to their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up to support client satisfaction.
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks and projects to keep the office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable and confident engaging in sales discussions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
